The Infrared Sauna has been developed to improve health, but unlike traditional saunas it uses infrared rays and is made of hypoallergenic materials.
Using the sauna enhances the circulation, accelerates metabolism, boosts the immune system, enhances the detoxification process, reduces pain, promotes deep cleansing of skin pores, includes muscle relaxation, accelerates breakdown of cellulite, improves skin nourishment and skin conditions, accelerates wound healing, reduces physiological and mental/emotional stress, warms muscles, enhances nutrient and oxygen supply to deep tissues, improves digestion and promotes softening and elasticity of old scars.

Reflexology is a complimentary therapy that works on the fet to help heal the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms. It can be used to help restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. The gentle therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.
At the treatment the reflexologist will use their hands to apply pressure to the feet. The application and the effect of the therapy are unique to each person. Also called Vertical Reflex Therapy, it works on the top of the feet while the client is standing and provides amazing benefits. An alternative to Ear Syringing, Hopi Ear Candling is an ancient and natural therapy handed down through many civilizations. The candles used are hollow tubes that are handmade according to a traditional Hopi Indian formula. The candle works in three phases, the first being a chimney affect that draws out debris from the ear. Next a mild heat stimulates the blood and lymph circulation, boosting the immune system, and then a regulation of the pressure within the sinuses.

Reiki is based on the premise that there is a higher power of which we are all part of. We can access this life force, channel and then direct it into healing. In a standard treatment, the Reiki energy flows from the practitioner's head into the client. The client is usually lying on a massage table but treatments can also be given while the client is seated. The practitioner places her hands near the client's body in a series of hand positions; the positions based on the clients needs. Each position is held for three to ten minutes depending on how much Reiki the client needs.
